Crab Rangoon Dip

Craving takeout flavors with a homemade twist? Try Crab Rangoon Dip! Easy to make, big on flavor, and perfect with crispy wonton chips.

Ingredients:
1 block cream cheese or 1 Green Onion cheese ball (softened)
1–2 tsp Sriracha (to taste)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1–2 tsp soy sauce
1 cup crab meat (chopped)
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2–3 green onions, sliced
Frozen wonton wrappers (for serving)

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese (or cheese ball) with Sriracha, brown sugar, and soy sauce until smooth.
2. Fold in crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, and green onions.
3. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
4. Cut frozen wonton wrappers into triangles, spray or brush lightly with oil, and bake at 375°F for 5–7 minutes until crisp.
5. Serve the warm dip with crispy wonton chips.
